Dear Students,

This is to inform you that an Enquiry Committee has been formed (Ref: BUFT/Reg./7.26.19/25.8103) to investigate allegations made by some students regarding the violation of digital privacy at BUFT. The committee has already commenced its work on this matter.

Students who have specific allegations related to the violation of their digital privacy are requested to submit a written statement detailing:

• The content of the incident(s) that occurred with her/him
• Context and background information
• Date and time of occurrence
• Supporting evidence Names of the persons involved

The written statement must be submitted to Prof. Dr. Md. Kamrul Hasan (Room No. 216) by 13 August 2025, 5:00 PM. All information should be kept confidential and will be used only for this investigation purpose
