BUFT Holds New Faculty Welcome Ceremony
BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT) proudly held a New Faculty Welcome Ceremony on 20 October 2024, at the VC Conference Room. The event was graced by the presence of the university's Pro VC, Registrar, and other distinguished faculty and administrative members. The ceremony was organized to officially welcome the newly appointed faculty members to the BUFT family. Trail Break 15K Run 2024: BUFT Student Shines as Champion
The Trail Break 15K Run 2024, held on 18 October at Hatirjheel, Dhaka, saw Tanim Al Zishan, a Textile Engineering student from BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT), claim first place. Themed “Beyond Your Limits,” the event brought together runners from across Bangladesh and abroad, challenging them to complete a 15-kilometer course within a 2.3-hour cut-off time. Zishan’s exceptional performance secured his victory in a highly competitive race.
The prize distribution ceremony was attended by Mr. Imran Fahad, Chairman of Inspiring Bangladesh, and Mr. Muhammad Masum, Chairman of Ultra Champ Runner (UCR), along with other sponsors and dignitaries.
