Part of the 100th birth anniversary of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the Golden Jubilee of the victory of Bangladesh, the prize giving ceremony on online master quiz contest was held on 15 March 2022 Professor Dr. S.M. Mahfuzur Rahman, vice chancellor, BUFT was present in the program and distribute prizes and certificates among the winners.

Eminent scholar and textile expert, Professor Dr. Engr. Ayub Nabi Khan, Pro Vice Chancellor, BUFT, delivered an online lecture to an international class of MBA students at Nyenrode Business Universiteit, Netherlands, an academic partner of BUFT. Following the lecture, a lively discussion session took place where the CEO of Shasha Denim Limited, Mr. Jamal, Ms. Setara Begum, Asst. Professor, BUFT and Abdur Rakib, Asst. Professor, BUFT were present as panel discussants. The session was moderated by Prof. Dr. Tineke Lambooy, Professor of Corporate Law at Nyenrode Business Universiteit and Ms. Martine Bosman, LL.M, visiting fellow at Nyenrode Business Universiteit.
