BUFT Alumni Association and to participate in the Alumni Reformation Survey.
This is to inform all concerned that BGMEA University of Fashion &
Technology (BUFT) is inviting its graduates to register for the BUFT Alumni
Association and to participate in the Alumni Reformation Survey. The purpose
of this initiative is to promote inclusive engagement among alumni and to
develop a verified alumni database in preparation for the forthcoming election
process. The registration and survey period will be open from 1 November
2025 to 31 December 2025.

Notice for the unregistered and unadvised students of Fall-2025 semester
The students who have not completed their semester
registration and course advising for F all-2025 semester as
yet, are strictly advised to complete registration, advising
and payment procedure of FalI-2025 semester, latest by
9th October 2025"
It is also notified that no student will be allowed to make
registration and advising after 9th October 2025.

Exam Notice
Notice for clearance exam, Spring Semester-2025 [251] External
It is for the information of all concerned that as per the decision of the BUFT authority a clearance examination will be taken only for the passing out students [8th Semesters]. It can also be considered for those students of previous batches who appeared in the SEE, Spring-2025 and failed [maximum 3 courses]. They can also apply for clearance exam [If exam policy permits]. Students who will apply for clearance exam are advised to follow the under mentioned instructions:
i) Can apply maximum three [03] failed courses in SEE-Spring-2025.ii) Apply through a prescribed form [Available in the Departments,
Controller’s Office, BUFT website & UCAM dash board].
iii) Apply through HoD and approved by the Dean.
iv) After getting approval submit the application to Controller’s office.
v) Clearance exam Fee: Tk-2000/- (Two thousand) will be added in the students account after final approval of the Controller of Exams.
Note: The maximum attainable grade in the clearance exam will be Letter Grade ‘B’ regardless of performance.
