About

Md. Tanjeeb Hossen Akash is a dedicated educator and researcher currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Industrial Engineering at BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT). Prior to joining BUFT, he worked as an Assistant Mechanical Engineer at Max Group BD, where he gained practical industry experience.

He completed his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET), securing first class first with a CGPA of 3.85/4.00. Throughout his academic journey, he received a technical scholarship for four consecutive years due to his exceptional academic performance. In recognition of his excellence, he was also named to the Vice Chancellor’s List for the academic year 2022.

Before his university studies, he completed his Higher Secondary Certificate (H.S.C.) at Birshreshtha Noor Mohammad Public College with a GPA of 5.00 and his Secondary School Certificate (S.S.C.) from Mohammadpur Government High School, also with a GPA of 5.00.

In addition to his teaching role, he has actively contributed to research projects, including a government-funded initiative focused on promoting green energy. His research interests are centered around Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Thermodynamics, with several publications to his name in these fields.

He is passionate about applying his academic knowledge and professional experience to further the development of industrial engineering and sustainable energy solutions.
