BUFT Enters in new Alliance of Textile Education Collaboration with Wuhan Textile University, China

A new education alliance named `Belt One Road Textile High Education’ is formed in Wuhan Textile University, China on the occasion of 60th Anniversary Celebrated Ceremony of the Wuhan Textile University of China on 18th October 2018. 8 (eight) top-level Chinese universities with others 12 foreign universities are Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Cambodia, Ghana becoming Founder Members of the world alliance. Mr. Muzaffar U Siddique, Founder Chairman of the Board of Trustees, BUFT a­nd Professor Dr. Engr. AyubNabi Khan, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, BUFT attended the Belt One Road Textile High Education Forum on the special invitation of President, Wuhan Textile University, China.

Mr. Muzaffar U Siddique signed the alliance agreement on behalf of BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology and spoke on the importance and role in the textile education alliance. Both had a fruitful meeting with the Secretary and President, WTU, China and other participating university representatives for extension of the areas of collaboration and steps its role to play in the development of textile higher education in the members’ universities.

Students of BUFT at WTU, China accorded a gala reception to Founder Chairman of the Board of Trustees, BUFT Mr. Muzaffar U Siddique and Pro-Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Engr. AyubNabi Khan.
