About

Tasnim Rahman is a dedicated academic professional with nine years of teaching experience, specializing in English language instruction, communication skills, and curriculum development. She is currently a Lecturer at BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology and has previously served as a Lecturer at Uttara University and Tongi Residential College. Her teaching expertise spans various levels, from intermediate to university students.

Additionally, she worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at East West University, assisting faculty members in academic activities, mentoring students in professional writing, and providing career development guidance.

Tasnim holds a Master of Arts in English Language Teaching (ELT) from East West University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Southeast University. She completed her M.A. thesis on Classroom Management of Spoken English Language Courses in Private Universities.

She has also contributed to academia through her publications, including an international peer-reviewed journal article on ELT policies and an article on using movies in EFL classrooms to enhance language skills. She has participated in eight international and two national conferences in last ten years.

Her leadership skills were further demonstrated when she conducted various programs as a forfer advisor of BUFT English club. Her passion for cultural and literary activities is evident from her achievement as the 1st runner-up in poetry recitation in Southeast University's cultural competition in 2013.

With a strong foundation in English language teaching, research, teacher education and student engagement, Tasnim Rahman aims to contribute her expertise to institutions that offer opportunities for professional growth and academic excellence.
