Shimul Das holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Engineering with a specialization in Wet Processing from BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology (BUFT). Demonstrating exceptional dedication and academic excellence, he graduated as the First Class First in his batch with an outstanding result.

Prior to his enrollment at BUFT, Shimul gained practical experience as a Trainee at Ha-Meem Group, one of the leading textile and apparel manufacturers. He also contributed as a Research Assistant at BUFT, where he developed a solid foundation in textile research and innovations.

Shimul has pursued multiple specialized training programs focused on Environmental Sustainability and Textile Processing, conducted by esteemed institutions such as GIZ and OEKO-TEX. These experiences have enriched his knowledge and commitment to sustainable practices within the textile industry.

Currently, Shimul is dedicated to advancing his expertise as an educator, inspiring and guiding future professionals in the field of textile engineering. Simultaneously, he is engaged in pioneering research in Dye Chemistry, aiming to contribute innovative solutions to the textile sector.

His unwavering motivation, dedication to excellence, and passion for sustainable textile development define his professional journey. Shimul Das continues to make significant contributions to the industry through his research, teaching, and commitment to environmental responsibility.
