Ms. Sadia Rabby currently holds the position of Lecturer and working as a lecturer in the Fashion Design & Technology in the department of BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT) under the faculty of Fashion studies (FFS). She served with over 7 years of classroom experience. She holds a master’s degree in education and is passionate about helping students achieve their full potential. Ms. Sadia is known for her dynamic teaching style and ability to connect with students on a personal level. Her classes are challenging, but also engaging and fun.

Ms. Sadia is a post-graduate of Fashion Design & Technology in the department of BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT). She published three journals on local and international papers. She got vice chancellor award for her Masters of Fashion Design M.Sc. (Gold medal)

Ms. Sadia was the advisor of “Buying project 1” (A collaborative project between BUFT & Saxion University, Nethalends). She is also the Deputy of the Fashion Club. She has completed several training, seminars & workshops locally & internationally. Ms. Sadia also achieved (96%) first position in the written assessment of understanding and satisfied the society of her knowledge of the SDC Certificate of Competence.

Her fields of designing & interests research area is Pattern making for garment, color concept, draping, pattern grading, design analysis, Sustainable Design.
