About
I have joined in BUFT as a Professor at Industrial Engineering from January 2023. I was working as professor, Dean, and Director, IQAC in Sonargaon University from June 2019. I was also working as Professor at Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST), Mirpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh and served there for about 13 years including Six years 5 Months as Assistant Professor, 2 years as Associate Professor, and 3 years 6 months as Professor at the same institute. On December 7, 2015 I am promoted to Professor. Before coming MIST I served as Assistant Professor at Primeasia University, Dhaka, Bangladesh for 6 months.
I born in one of the oldest district of Bangladesh, Jashore in May 10, 1975. In year 1990 and 1992 I passed year 10 and year 12 respectively with extra ordinary results. Soon after that I got admitted in a highest ranked university in Bangladesh BUET. In 1999 I have passed undergraduate level secured positioned at 16th out 120 graduates. Before coming to Australia for higher education I also served at BTCL as a sales and commissioning Engineer for 1 year. In 2001 I enrolled for PhD program at Swinburne University, Hawthorn, Australia and successfully completed PhD degree in December, 2005.
In a short professional experience more than 40 articles in different journals and conference proceedings in national and international level have been published.
My expertise on CFD, Fluid Dynamics, Machine Design, and CAD modeling helps me to build up as a good academician and researcher. Rather than leading a luxurious life in Australia I have returned back to Bangladesh, and started serving own developed country so that people of Bangladesh could be benefited through my stimulated research work and knowledge sharing with students.
