About

Nusrat Jahan has been working as a lecturer at BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology since October, 2025. She completed her Bachelor of Arts from the Department of English and Humanities, University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB). After that she obtained her fist master degree in English Literature and Cultural studies from Leibniz University Hannover, Germany. In both her Bachelor and Master she received more than 80% marks. She achieved her second Master degree in Education (passed with merit) from the University of Greenwich, London, where the thesis got distinction. 

She has teaching experiences at both school and university levels in home and abroad. In Bangladesh, she also worked as a lecturer at two reputed universities-Varendra and International University of Scholars. Besides, she has been an international traveler, she travelled mostly in Asia and Europe and gained her knowledge and experience. She is interested in doing research and simultaneously teaching. Her aim is to work for the welfare of the society by using her knowledge and skills.
