Kamrun Nahar Naznin currently holds the position of Assistant Professor of the Department of Fashion Design and Technology at BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT), Bangladesh.
Kamrun Nahar Naznin completed her M.Sc. in Fashion Design from BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT). She has completed her B.Sc. in Fashion Design & Technology from the then BGMEA Institute of Fashion & Technology in Fashion Design & Technology (BIFT) and presently BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology in Fashion Design & Technology.
Kamrun Nahar Naznin joined the BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT) in 2015 after working in the fashion industry for several years as a Product Developer in notable Buying Houses such as ETAM International, EXPO Apparels & Pro-Sports. Along with that, she has an active participation in the international community regarding sustainability in the fashion industry. She has participated in international collaborative projects, Namely ‘Local- International’ Phase III in 2016 which deals with innovation in sustainability in the fashion industry in collaboration with reputed universities such as Berlin University of Arts, Germany and Wisensee Academy of art, Germany. She was the advisor of the “Buying project” which is a collaborative project between BUFT & Saxion University of Apparel Science,The Netherlands.

Kamrun Nahar Naznin has almost Eleven (11) years of experience in the field of industry, teaching and research. She has great interest in research in the field Flat Pattern Making, Product Development & Sustainability in fashion and the technical development of the fashion industry.
