Hridika Nusrat Kuntala, is an accomplished fashion designer performing as a teaching professional at BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology (BUFT), Bangladesh. After graduating in fashion design, she joined a leading textile manufacturer to serve the industry by developing attractive products. The brand has experienced comparatively faster and the highest sales ever for all her gorgeous designs. This designer role drives her to mentor the students to be equipped with the skill set to meet the expectations of the fashion value chain.
She has been enriching her capability with a higher study on fashion design and research for sustainable and ethical fashion. Her publications are available in renowned international journals. She is engaged with multiple projects like Buying 2 Project, collaborating with Saxion University as a supervisor and designer. Also in BUFT and NTU COIL Project "To investigate the impact of the pandemic on garment workers with a focus on three pillars of the fashion system: UK brands, Suppliers, and garment workers."; collaborating with Nottingham Trent University; as a researcher.

Hridika Nusrat Kuntala is a teaching professional with an excellent educational background having more than seven years of blended practice as a creative fashion educator and designer with industrial experience. The rigid interest in art, design, and sustainability, along with the knowledge-sharing habit that has existed since childhood, inspired her to choose the teaching profession as her career. She consider fashion designing as her favourite hobby and teaching as her passion. In the last six years of teaching tenure, she has published three research papers as a single author and a co-author to well-known sites. She promoted and represented her university at the 9th International Global Fashion Conference, 2022 as the only speaker from Bangladesh.
She has an ornamented career as a lecturer and encourages her students through supervising creative workshops, fashion shows, and exhibitions. She supervised multiple students in their internship; all are placed in jobs and performing well.
