About

Abdul Kader currently holds the position of Senior Instructor, Department of Textile Engineering at BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT), Bangladesh. Abdul Kader completed his Master of Applied Chemistry and Chemical Technology, from Islamic University, Kushtia, Bangladesh. He has completed his B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from Northern University Bangladesh, Ashkona, Dhaka, Bangladesh. After Diploma in Textile Engineering (Textile Institute, Tangail), he joined a reputed textile industry as a Lab Assistant on a dyeing Lab in 2010. Abdul Kader joined the BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT) in 2016 after working in the Textile Department for several years as an Instructor in Southeast University and Northern University Bangladesh.

Teaching/Research Specialization

Abdul Kader has almost fourteen (14) years of experience in the field of industry, teaching and research. His expertise includes Dyeing and Printing, Natural Dye Extraction, Finishing and Natural Dye Development. He has great interest in research in the field of Sustainability in Dyeing and Natural Dye Implement in Textile industry.
