BUFT Signs MoU with Odoo Middle East DMCC to Enhance Digital Skills
BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Odoo Middle East DMCC on 26 October 2026 to strengthen industry–academia collaboration and enhance students’ practical knowledge and digital competencies. The MoU was signed by BUFT Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Engr. Ayub Nabi Khan and Ms. Nafisa Rahman, Education Consultant at Odoo Middle East DMCC, at a ceremony held at the university’s conference room.
The partnership will provide BUFT students and faculty members with access to industry-relevant digital tools, educational resources and training in enterprise resource planning (ERP), accounting, inventory management and other business management applications. The initiative aims to promote practice-oriented teaching, support faculty development, bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements, and improve students’ career readiness in an increasingly digital business environment.
