BUFT Welcomes 26 New Faculty and Staff Members
BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology (BUFT) formally welcomed 26 newly appointed faculty and staff members with floral bouquets and saplings at an introductory programme held on September 3, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their professional journey with the university. The newly appointed members, who officially joined BUFT on September 1, include deans of several faculties, professors, associate professors, assistant professors, lecturers and officers. The program was attended by Mr. Mohammed Nasir, Member of the BUFT Board of Trustees, along with BUFT Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Engr. Ayub Nabi Khan, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Acting) and Treasurer Prof. Dr. Md. Alamgir Hossain, Registrar Mr. Md. Rafiquzzaman, and other senior officials.
Welcoming the new members to the BUFT family, the university authorities expressed the hope that their academic expertise, professional experience and commitment would contribute to strengthening the institution’s teaching, research and administrative activities.
The program also provided an opportunity for the newly appointed members to introduce themselves and interact with the university’s senior leadership.
