Amendment of KPI Policy and Integration into Software System
Date: April, 2025-July, 2025 BUFT implemented the KPI assessment through its software system in June 2024. After completing the first 2023–2024 assessment using the software, several concerns and suggestions were raised by users. The IQAC team addressed these issues in a review meeting. Amendments to the KPI policy were made with the involvement of BUFT authority, Deans, and Heads of Departments. Subsequently, the IQAC team worked on implementing these amendments in the software, with a major achievement being the integration of all staff members’ annual appraisals into the system.
